Since 2020, Phumara has focused on a simple mission: to serve authentic Khmer food made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We work closely with local farmers, use river fish caught nearby, and grow our herbs in the garden.

Despite challenges over the years, we’ve remained dedicated to seasonal, traditional Cambodian cuisine prepared with care. Each dish tells the story of our connection to the land, the community, and the rich flavors of Khmer cooking, making Phumara a beloved riverside dining destination near Phnom Penh.
